Goals, tasks and principles

As a manufacturing company, the safety of our employees is a particularly high priority for us. Our goal is to prevent all accidents. To achieve this in the best possible way requires a joint effort by the company and the employees.

We follow the principle that occupational safety is everyone’s business. Everyone must pay attention not only to their own safety, but also to that of their colleagues, visitors and employees of other companies. Through an open information policy, regular training and instruction, we want to encourage everyone to act safely and responsibly. In doing so, we maintain an open dialog with the workforce, neighbors, authorities and other interested parties. As a company, we see it as our duty to continuously check all production steps and products for hazards to employees and, if necessary, to take the necessary measures to prevent accidents and damage to health.

For this purpose, Dyckerhoff GmbH has introduced a so-called “Integrated Management System” in Germany. In addition to occupational and health content, it also covers the topics of environment and energy. The management system is regularly reviewed and updated through internal and external audits.
