The campaign
Here’s what’s behind our occupational safety campaign
The two mottos of the campaign consist of a triad. They represent an ideal way of dealing with dangerous situations, according to the following scheme.
The campaign is initially planned for one year and will be divided into four so-called “flights”. A “flight” covers a period of approximately three months. Each “flight” consists of several new poster motifs and other campaign materials. These can be ordered and posted or distributed in the plants.
The posters
Various posters and other communication materials are used to draw attention to specific occupational safety issues. The posters depict typical work situations where safety rules must be observed. These are typical risk situations from the point of view of occupational safety and accident statistics. People are shown who – passively or actively – get into such a risk situation. The depicted persons, who are in a safety-relevant situation, are shown as silhouettes. Each motif has a headline and an explanatory text. The pink arrow from the action mark, which stands for “Look at it”, points to the specific hazardous situation. The green “Do it better” or “Speak up” arrow can be found above the action mark and next to the explanatory text. In the flights, different posters can be selected for different accident blackspots.

Who chooses the topics?
A steering committee selects the topics and implementation variants of the campaign materials. This consists of representatives of Dyckerhoff Occupational Safety, Corporate Communications and is supported by the agency crossrelations. The steering committee is international so that country-specific requirements can be taken into account.
International implementation of the campaign
The campaign is represented at Dyckerhoff locations in Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic and Ukraine:
