In accordance with Art. 15 DS-GVO, you have the right to request information about your personal data that are the subject of processing.

If incorrect personal data is processed, you have a right to rectification pursuant to Art. 16 DS-GVO.

If the legal requirements are met, you have the right to erasure or restriction of processing of the data concerned (Art. 17 and Art. 18 DS-GVO).

Under the conditions of Art. 20, you have a right to data portability.

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation.

According to Art. 21 DS-GVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your data, which is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DS-GVO takes place. The controller shall then no longer process the personal data, unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims.
