\u00bb<\/span>I have been working for Dyckerhoff at the Deuna cement plant for more than 13 years. I completed my training here. Today I manage our warehouse and am responsible for issuing spare parts and checking and booking incoming goods. The goods must then also be stored, picked and receipts digitized.<\/p>\n

By making myself available as a model, I would like to support the campaign. Everyone is responsible for their own safety, but of course we also look out for the safety of our colleagues so that everyone can go home safe and sound.\u00ab<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bbI have been working for 15 years as an employee in the secretariat of the management at Dyckerhoff Basal Betonmortel in Nieuwegein. My job is to support the management and the HR department.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bbActivities are constantly taking place in the Plant North group. As an occupational safety specialist, I am responsible together with my colleague for providing expert advice on all occupational safety issues.
I am responsible for both the technical protection of workers and as an interface in all areas of prevention.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is my job to ensure that all protective equipment in our plant is state of the art and that all colleagues are informed about potential hazards in the workplace. This way, all employees can go home healthy at the end of the workday, just as they started it.<\/span>\u00ab<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bbI work as an IT technician at ZAPA beton. My work includes not only the support of computer technology, but also the installation of data networks, camera systems and other equipment. What I enjoy most about my job is that, in addition to the normal daily routine of an IT employee, I also have the opportunity to visit our sites, so my work is never monotonous.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bbI have been working at ZAPA beton for almost twelve years and my current job position is the company’s ecologist. I am in charge of sustainability, energy consumption, handling of hazardous substances as well as environmental audits at all our sites. What I value most about my work is its diversity and also the contact with people at the plants.<\/span><\/p>\n

I spend thousands of kilometers behind the wheel a year for my job. So I know that safety and caution at work are critically important.<\/span>\u00ab<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bbI am an occupational safety and health technician and I am leading by example in the campaign. My job could be described as ordinary, but in occupational safety and health it’s different: it’s responsible work aimed at prevention.<\/span><\/p>\n

In general, it can be said that accidents and injuries “do not follow the mountains”, but people. It follows: “Good, quality prevention is the way to return to the family free of injuries and healthy.<\/span>\u00ab<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bbI have been working at Dyckerhoff Polska since 2001, currently in the position of Laboratory Manager. My job is to supervise the employees of the cement laboratory. <\/span><\/p>\n

I think that both the knowledge and the practices taught during the campaign play an important role in making employees aware of safety compliance and help them develop proper habits and attitudes.<\/span><\/span>\u00ab<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bbI have been working as a laboratory technician at Cimalux for more than 35 years. <\/span>I have a responsible task here: I monitor the chemical composition of the raw materials and the quality of the cements we produce with them. As glue<\/em> in concrete, cement must have the right properties to ensure that bridges, houses and tunnels can stand up long and safely. I also maintain our automated laboratory, sample cements for their certification, and show school children and interested parties around our laboratory and plant. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>Occupational safety is very important to me, as I am aware that misconduct can lead to very serious consequences, up to and including handicap or death. I believe accidents are often caused by hasty and rash actions.<\/span>\u00ab<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bbAt Cement Hranice, I work in the sales department as a marketing expert and at the same time as support for the sales team.<\/p>\n

I’m not around the plant itself that often, where occupational safety is even more important. But we also have to pay attention to safety in our administrative building and during daily movement on the premises.
